The Paper 2 Masterclass is a 90-minute, examiner-led Leaving Cert Maths workshop focused exclusively on Paper 2 — what comes up, how often it comes up, and how to approach it with confidence and structure.

Designed especially for students coming out of the mocks, this session gives a clear, strategic overview of Paper 2 so students know what to prioritise, how topics connect, and how to problem-solve under exam conditions.

The workshop is designed and hosted by a Leaving Cert State & Appeals Examiner, with extensive experience as an examiner. The content is based on real exam trends, marking schemes, and examiner reports — not guesswork or generic revision.

Each student receives a dedicated, examiner-designed workbook, created specifically for this masterclass. The workbook is used actively throughout the session and is an essential part of the learning.

What the Paper 2 Masterclass covers:

  • The key topics that dominate Paper 2

  • How topics are linked and examined together

  • Exam statistics and trends — what appears most often and how

  • Core Paper 2 problem-solving techniques

  • How to approach unfamiliar or multi-step questions

  • Common Paper 2 mistakes that cost students marks

  • How to structure solutions to maximise method marks

The session is highly interactive, with live worked examples, guided problem-solving, and opportunities for students to ask focused Paper 2 questions.
